Our Platform offers skill-based fantasy tennis contests where participants build virtual lineups based on real tennis player performances. By entering contests, you agree to:

• Fair Play: Compete honestly without using automated tools, bots, or unfair advantages
• Lineup Rules: Build lineups within roster requirements and budget constraints
• Scoring System: Accept our published scoring rules based on real tennis match statistics
• Contest Finality: Acknowledge that contest results are final once officially scored
• Data Accuracy: Understand that we rely on third-party data providers for match statistics

We reserve the right to void contests, adjust scores, or disqualify participants in cases of data errors, rule violations, or unforeseen circumstances.

5. User Conduct and Prohibited Activities

You agree not to:

• Use the Platform for any unlawful purpose or in violation of these terms
• Attempt to gain unauthorized access to our systems or other user accounts
• Use automated scripts, bots, or software to create accounts or enter contests
• Engage in collusion, cheating, or any form of contest manipulation
• Harass, abuse, or harm other users through communication features
• Upload malicious code, viruses, or harmful content
• Reverse engineer, decompile, or attempt to extract source code from the Platform
• Scrape, copy, or replicate Platform content without permission
• Impersonate any person or entity or misrepresent your affiliation

Violation of these conduct rules may result in immediate account suspension or termination without refund.

6. Intellectual Property Rights

All content on the Platform, including but not limited to text, graphics, logos, images, software, and data compilations, is the property of Fantasy Victory Space or its licensors and is protected by copyright, trademark, and other intellectual property laws.

You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable license to access and use the Platform for personal, non-commercial fantasy sports participation. You may not reproduce, distribute, modify, or create derivative works from Platform content without our express written permission.

7. Contest Scoring and Data Accuracy

Fantasy contest scores are calculated based on real-world tennis player performance data provided by third-party statistics services. While we strive for accuracy, we do not guarantee:

• 100% accuracy of real-time statistics
• Immediate score updates during live matches
• Availability of data for all tennis tournaments

In cases of data errors, we will make reasonable efforts to correct scores. However, if corrections would unfairly impact contest integrity, we may void affected contests. Score corrections must be requested within 72 hours of contest conclusion.

8. Platform Availability and Modifications

We strive to maintain Platform availability but do not guarantee uninterrupted or error-free service. We reserve the right to:

• Modify, suspend, or discontinue any Platform feature at any time
• Perform scheduled and emergency maintenance
• Update contest rules, scoring systems, and platform functionality
• Limit access to certain features or contests

We will provide reasonable notice of significant changes when feasible, but are not obligated to do so for minor updates or security-related changes.

9. Limitation of Liability

TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, FANTASY VICTORY SPACE SHALL NOT BE LIABLE FOR:

• Indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages
• Loss of data, revenue, or anticipated savings
• Service interruptions or technical malfunctions
• Third-party data errors affecting contest scores
• Unauthorized access to your account due to your failure to maintain security

Our total liability for any claim arising from Platform use shall not exceed the amount you paid in account activity during the 12 months preceding the claim.

10. Indemnification

You agree to indemnify, defend, and hold harmless Fantasy Victory Space, its affiliates, officers, employees, and agents from any claims, damages, losses, liabilities, and expenses (including legal fees) arising from:

• Your violation of these Terms and Conditions
• Your violation of any law or third-party rights
• Your use or misuse of the Platform
• Any content you submit or communicate through the Platform

11. Dispute Resolution and Governing Law

These Terms and Conditions are governed by and construed in accordance with applicable laws. Any disputes arising from Platform use shall be resolved through:

You may request account deletion at any time by contacting support. Account closure does not absolve you of obligations incurred before termination.

14. Severability
